Kuwait's ruler has called for Gulf Arab States to preserve regional unity and overcome a diplomatic dispute with Qatar. <br/><br/>In a speech, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who is leading mediation efforts between Saudi Arabia and Qatar, hoped the crisis can be resolved through dialogue. <br/><br/>He said the remaining days of holy month of Ramazan will create the atmosphere for resolving differences and ending the rift through dialogue and communication in the Gulf.
