External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has said death sentence of 15 Indians been commuted to life term by the Emir of Kuwait. In a series of tweets, Mrs Swaraj said, Emir has also directed that the sentences of 119 Indian nationals be reduced. She thanked the Emir of Kuwait for his kind gesture and said the Indian Embassy in Kuwait will extend all assistance to the Indian nationals who will be released from jails.
