The Union Minister for Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviationand Tourism Kumari Selja is arriving in Gangtok on a three day visit to Sikkim on Friday. On her way to the capital,she will lay the foundation stone for a Basic Services to the Urban Poor ‘BSUP’Project at Rangpo, a town on the Sikkim-West Bengal border, in the afternoon. She will chair the Inter-State Regional Conference of Tourism Ministers of East and North-Eastern States in Gangtok on Saturday.<br/><br/>On her way back to Delhi on Monday, the Union Tourism Minister will inaugurate the Indian Himalayan Centre for Adventure and Eco-Tourism at Chemchey in South District. She will also to lay the foundation stone for a Heliport there.<br/>
