Kumar Sangakkara scored his 10th double century in the first cricket Test match against Pakistan at Galle on Saturday. With this double-century Sangakkara went past Brian Lara and is now only behind Don Bradman's 12 double centuries in Test matches. He however equaled Bradman for 18 scores of 150-plus. Sangakkara however got two lives today – he was dropped on the first ball in the morning off Junaid Khan, and then again on 168 off Saeed Ajmal. Sri Lanka declared at 533 for 9, with an 84 run lead in the first innings on day four of the match. Pakistan was 4 for 1 at close of play on Saturday.
