President of the International Court of Justice, ICJ Ronny Abraham will today discuss further procedure with both India and Pakistan in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. <br/><br/>According to sources, India will be represented by its 'agent' who also appeared during the last public hearing on 18th of May. The External Affairs Ministry joint secretary in-charge of Pakistan division, Deepak Mittal, represented the case during the hearing.<br/><br/>Our correspondent reports India moved the ICJ against the death penalty by Pakistan military court to Kulbhushan Jadhav on 8th of last month. <br/><br/>The ICJ stayed Jadhav's death sentence as a provisional measure till its final verdict. India maintains that Jadhav was kidnapped from Iran where he had business interests after retiring from the Indian Navy and was falsely implicated by Pakistan.
