Karnataka High Court on Wednesday reserved its orders till 15th of this month on the anticipatory bail plea of former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa in land denotifiction cases. The orders will be delivered on Tuesday. Yeddyurappa had sought anticipatory bail in three of the five cases filed by Sirajin Basha.
Yeddyurappa was released from judicial custody yesterday after he was given bail in two of the cases. The Complainant Sirajin Basha has alleged in the complaints that Yeddyurappa during his tenure as Chief Minister denotified Bangalore Development Authority land to benefit the trusts and companies run by his sons and son-in-law.
