Karnataka Minister for Science and Technology Dr. C. N. Ashwatha Narayana inaugurated a conclave on the new National Education Policy in Bengaluru today. The conclave was organised on the theme of Strategising the Future of Higher Education jointly organised by the State Government and International Skill Development Corporation. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Dr. Narayana said that an effective implementation of the National Education Policy will help increase the employability level that presently stands at 20 per cent. He pointed out that acquiring proper knowledge and skill sets can improve the employability of the candidates and also transform India into a leading education destination in the world in the next 20 years.<br />''<br />''<br />
