In Karnataka, the issue of leadership change has taken the centre stage. Yeddyurappa and MLAs loyal to him, have moved to a resort outside Bangalore.

However, Chief Minister D V Sadanand Gowda has refused to admit that there is a problem within the BJP.

Speaking to media persons, the Chief Minister said, he is busy with the preparation of the state budget and will call a meeting of party legislators after the presentation of the Budget.

The State BJP party President Eeshwarappa has made it clear that Sadanand Gowda will present the Budget. He added that Central leaders are observing the developments in the state and will take suitable steps in this regard.
