Gold Medal winner in Discus Throw in CWG 2010 Krishna Poonia today warmly welcomed by people in Jaipur. At Sanganer Air port thousands of people were present to receive her. Krishna met Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Gehlot announced 15 lakh rupees award to Krishna poonia for her achievement. Besides, the state government will give 5 lakh Rupees to her for preparations for Olympics. The state government hasalso announced 7.5 lakh for her coach and husband Virendra Poonia and offered job of Deputy SP and a MIG-B house to her in Jaipur. On this occasion Gehlot said that the state govt will provide all necessaryhelp to upcoming players.
