External Affairs Minister S M Krishna and US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had a brief informal chat on the sidelines of a luncheon in Kabul during which they are understood to have discussed Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to the US next week. The two leaders, who are in the Afghan capital for the swearing in ceremony of Hamid Karzai for a second five-year term as President, exchanged views with each other at the start of the luncheon hosted by Afghan Foreign Minister Rangin Dadfar Spanta. The Prime Minister's trip beginning on 22nd November is the first state visit of the Obama Administration.<br/>
