The External Affairs Minister, Mr. S. M. Krishna in a letter to his Pakistani counterpart Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi, has conveyed sincere condolences of the Government and the people of India, on loss of lives, due to the widespread floods in Pakistan. The Minister has also said that he is distressed by the devastation caused by the natural calamity.
