In Kerala, the National Investigation Agency on Monday filed charge sheet against Thadiyantevide Nazir and six others in the Kozhikode twin bomb blasts case before the NIA Special Court in Kochi. Others accused in the case are Mohammed Azhar, Abdul Halim, Shafaz, P P Yusuf, Shammy Feroz and Yusuf. Another person, Abdul Jaleel has been removed from the list of the accused. One of the accused in the case, Mohammed Feroz died in an encounter with the army in Jammu and Kashmir. The NIA court in June had declared Mohammed Azhar and P P Yousuf, absconding. The bombs had exploded at the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation and the mofussil bus stands at Kozhikode on March 3, 2006.
