In Kosovo, the coalition led by Ramush Haradinaj, has won most of the seats in Parliamentary election. According to preliminary results, after counting of about 70 percent ballots, the coalition of the former ethnic Albanian rebel commanders has won around 35 percent votes. <br/><br/>Another coalition led by former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa's party, has won 25.8 percent votes. Final results of the election are likely to be announced later this week.<br/><br/>Kosovo is the only western Balkan country whose citizens need visas to enter the European Union's Schengen zone, which consists of 26 states, including four which are not members of the EU . <br/><br/><br/>
