The week long Kolkata Film Festival will begin tomorrow. Altogether 228 Films of 56 countries will be screened during the festival. Noted Film Director, Mr. Mani Ratnam will inaugurate the festival at Nandan Film Centre in Kolkata. The Film jointly made by the UK & USA ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamasas’has been selected as the inaugural film. AIR Kolkata Correspondent reports that festival includes centenary tributes, homage, honour, discovery, encounter, children films, Indian select, contemporary world cinema, documentary and short films. Altogether 10 venues have been selected for screening of films.
