In West Bengal, the much awaited Kolkata-Cooch behar commercial flight operation began on Monday. A private airliner has started the service on five days in a week barring Wednesday and Sunday.The fare has been fixed at five thousand rupees for one way journey. The West Bengal government has also spent 35 crore rupees for up gradation and renovation of the cooch behar airport.
