The Kolkata Book Fair which began on Tuesday was formally opened to the public on Wednesday. This year no entry fees are being charged and so the crowd has been more then other years. The Republic day holiday has also contributed to the number of visitors to the fair. More than Five Hundred Stalls are there in the Fair.
