The Governor Sushri Anusuiya Uikey administered the oath of office  to Radhashyam at a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan in Imphal.<br />''<br />''Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh, Speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly, cabinet ministers, MLAs and others attended the swearing in ceremony.<br />''<br />''After the swearing in ceremony, the Chief Information Commissioner Radhashyam said that his priorities would be to share information which is required by the citizens. He said that citizens should be well informed so that they can understand the decision making process without affecting any developmental activities.</span><br />
