The first match of the three Test match series between India and Sri Lanka starts in the port city of Galle today. The last two tests will be played in Colombo. While India will be hoping their Test cricket skills come to the fore, all of the attention in the Sri Lanka camp will be on Kumar Sangakkara, who will retire from all forms of international cricket after the second Test match of this series.India has not won a Test series in Sri Lanka for the last 22 years and as such this team will be looking to win a first Test series on Lankan soil since 1993.Meanwhile, Captain Virat Kohli told reporters in Galle yesterday that the young Indian team is very eager to do well in a Test series. Interacting with the press after the morning practice session, Kohli said that this is his first full series as a captain and he wants to do well with his young team.
