<span style="color: #222222;">In West Bengal, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation-KMC has decided to offer civic incentive to private hospitals for extension of facilities to patients under the state government's Swastha Sathi scheme.<br />'' <br />'' The Chairman of the KMC Board of Administrators Firhad Hakim said that, ten percent floor area ratio will be offered to the private hospitals or nursing homes for expansion of their existing treatment facilities or for new units over and above KMC building rule limits.<br />'' <br />''Senior civic officials had proposed before the board to offer the incentive to city private hospitals in order to pave the way for zero refusal of the state government's recently launched health scheme.</span><br />
