The Railways, Kolkata Municipal Corporation, KMC and the Kolkata Port Trust are coming together to ensure beautification of the Ganga river side and improvement in the boats working apart from beautification of Kolkata. <br/><br/>A meeting with this aim is to take place in Kolkata on the 8th of this month. The Railway Board Chairman and the Kolkata Port Trust Chairman will be present in the meeting.<br/><br/>Next day a memorandum of understanding will be signed in Kolkata between high officials of Kolkata Port Trust, the Railways and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. <br/><br/>The Union Railway Minister Ms. Mamata Banerjee revealed this at a press conference in Kolkata today.
