Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders have entered the final of the on-going Champions League Twenty20 cricket tournament. In the first semi-final in Hyderabad today, they defeated Australian team Hobart Hurricanes by an emphatic margin of seven wickets. Set to score 141 runs for a win, the Kolkata side achieved the target in 19.1 overs.Earlier, opting to bat, Hobart Hurricanes made 140 for 6 in the stipulated twenty overs. In the second Semi-final at the same venue, Kings Eleven Punjab have elected to field after winning the toss against Chennai Super Kings.
