Union Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju will felicitate Rio Olympics sportspersons of North-Eastern States at a function in New Delhi tomorrow. <br/><br/>The sportspersons to be felicitated include Dipa Karmakar, P. Sushila Chanu, H. Lal Ruatfeli, L. Bombayla Devi and K. Chinglensan Singh. They will be presented with cash award of two lakh rupees each.
