Union Minister Kiren Rijiju today rejected Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit's comments on NIA team's visit to Pakistan saying such statements will not help in improving relations between the two countries. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr. Rijiju said what the envoy had said is wrong. <br/><br/>His statement came a day after Mr. Basit indicated that Indian investigators may not be allowed to visit Pakistan to pursue the probe in connection with the terror attack. However, India had countered it by saying that before the visit of the Pakistani JIT, both sides had agreed that it would be on the basis of reciprocity.
