North Korea's reclusive leader, Kim Jong-il, is reported to have begun his first trip to Russia since 2002. South Korea's Yonhap news agency reported that Mr Kim's train had arrived at the border town of Khasan in the Russia's Far East. He is expected to hold talks with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. On Friday, Moscow announced it was providing 50,000 tons of wheat to North Korea, where hundreds of thousands are reportedly suffering food shortages.
