New Zealand's High Court has ruled that Kim Dotcom is eligible for extradition to the United States over online piracy allegations. In its decision, the High Court upheld an earlier District Court ruling that there is overwhelming evidence to extradite Dotcom and his three co-accused. The decision comes five years after US authorities shut down Dotcom's file-sharing website Megaupload and filed charges of conspiracy, racketeering and money laundering against the men.
