Law Minister Salman Khurshid represented India at the funeral of assassinated former President Burhanuddin Rabbani in Kabul on Saturday. Rabbani was assassinated on last Tuesday. During the visit, Khurshid called on Afghan President Hamid Karzai and also met Salahuddin Rabbani, son of late Rabbani to convey condolences and express solidarity with the people and Government of Afghanistan in their hour of grief.
