The External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid has said that there was no deal with Italy on the marines issue. Briefing reporters in New Delhi today, Mr. Khurshid said that return of marines is a positive development and New Delhi had kept all channels of communication open. He said the case involved domestic law and the dignity of Indian Judiciary and whatever the Supreme Court does is binding on India.
