India and China favour a new Border Defence Cooperation Agreement. The pact is expected to be finalized soon. The External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid today said that special representatives of the two countries will hold in near future another round of talks on boundary issue. He said the two countries have agreed to ensure that the recent incursion like in Ladakh is not repeated in future.
