Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid arrived in Colombo a short while ago to participate in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting on behalf of the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.

Mr Khurshid will attend the first session of the Pre-CHOGM Ministers’ Meeting later today, which finalizes the agenda for the main Summit that will start on Friday. Today’s meeting will focus on the special CHOGM theme 'Growth with Equity: Inclusive Development'.
