Iran’s former president Mohammad Khatami has called for change in election and political situation in Iran according to constitutional framework and principles of Islamic Revolution.<br/>According to Iranian news agency ILNA, he told this while speaking to university students in Tehran. He said that many individuals have questioned election results and the question will not disappear by denial or putting tags of treason and overthrow. He also said that those who worked hard for revolution introduced as enemy by psychological warfare and creating security atmosphere.<br/>Hitting out at officials Khatami said that they should not expect to hear only things that they approve and suggested that it would be better if the government have asked Mousavi to approve leadership of movement. He added that we want real democracy which was message of revolution.<br/>
