In Uttarakhand, Chief Minister B C Khanduri today tendered his resignation to Governor Margret Alva. Accepting his resignation Alva asked him to continue as Chief Minister till the new government officially sworn in.In the meanwhile, BJP legislative party has authorized the high command to elect the leader of legislative party.
