Mr. Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri was sworn in as the new Uttarakhand Chief Minister on Sunday replacing Mr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, who had resigned earlier in the day. Governor Smt. Margaret Alva administered the oath to Mr. Khanduri who became Chief minister for the second time. Our correspondent reports, that Mr. Khanduri repeated all eleven faces of outgoing Nishank cabinet including Mr. Diwakar Bhatt from Uttarakhand Kranti Dal and Mr. Rajendra Bhandari an independent.
