In Bihar, ten persons including master mind O. P. Mahto have been arrested in a case related to the recent massacre of 16 people in Khagaria district of the state. AIR correspondent reports that over a dozen people have also been detained for interrogation. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar directed Home Commissioner Amir Suhani to set up a police outpost at Amousi-Icharwa under Markahi police station in Khagaria, where 16 persons were massacred by Maoists on Thursday night. Chief Minister also directed to ensure fool proof security to Paro Singh, the lone survivor of the carnage.
