In Bihar, ten persons including master mind O. P. MAHTO have been arrested in a case related to massacre of 16 people in Khagaria district of the state. Over a dozen people have also been detained for interrogation. Additional Director General of Police Neelmani said seven of them were accused in the case. He said an intensive combing operation have been launched in Diara areas of Khagaria and adjoining Begu Sarai districts to nab others involved in carnage.<br/>
