Mujib Jackets made up of Khadi will be the attire of the dignitaries during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Bangladesh on March 26-27.<br />'' <br />'' AIR Correspondent reports that the Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre (IGCC) of the Indian High Commission has placed an order for 100 'Mujib Jackets' ahead of the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Mod's visit to take part in the birth centenary celebration of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib, golden jubilee of the liberation of Bangladesh and 50 years of establishment of diplomatic ties with India.<br />'' <br />'' The specially designed Mujib Jackets have been made of high-quality handcrafted Poly Khadi fabric. In keeping with the eco-friendly nature of the Khadi, the covers for these jackets too have been made of black Khadi cotton fabric.<br />'' <br />'' Calling the Mujib Jacket as historically significant in Bangladesh, Chairman of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) Vinai Kumar Saxena said that it is a matter of great pride that Mujib jackets made of Khadi will be adorned during the Bangladesh visit of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, who is the biggest brand ambassador of Khadi.<br />'' <br />'' He said Mujib jackets made of Khadi will add significantly to the historical and cultural values of the celebrations and it will also promote Khadi on the global and diplomatic platform in a big way.</span><br />''
