In Kerala, police have arrested Younis, a Popular Front activist and a key accused in chopping off the palm of a college Professor in Muvattupuzha recently. He is being interrogated by the Special Investigation Team constituted to probe the attack on the Professor. Police had issued look out notices against him and four others involved in the crime. Prof T J Joseph was attacked by an armed group early this month for preparing a question paper with objectionable reference to the Prophet.
