Kerala witnessed a considerable dip in covid figures as it confirms 4,741 new COVID-19 positive cases on Saturday. A total of 54,309 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. The test positivity rate is 8.72 percent at present. In all, 28 deaths were also confirmed due to COVID today, taking the total death toll to 39,679. Bringing respite, 5,144 recoveries were also reported today. At present, 48,501 is the active caseload in the state.<br />''
