<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has reiterated that the State will not implement the Citizenship Amendment Act, CAA. While speaking at the first anniversary celebrations of the LDF Government, the Chief Minister said,  his Government has taken a firm stand that citizenship would not be determined based on religion.</span><br />
