<span style="color: #222222;">With the aim of increasing the polling percentage in the upcoming  Assembly elections, an interesting venture called "Vote Vandi" has started in Kollam district in Kerala. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Interesting and informative songs and slogans that remind  the value of the right to vote, will reach the voters through the "Vote Vandi". A model of the polling booth has also been set up inside the " Vote Vandi". The people can clear the doubts regarding the voting process by practicing casting  votes in the voting machine arranged. "Vote Vandi" will complete the election awareness tour in 6 taluks in six days. Special attention will be given to awareness in colleges and hilly areas. Voter awareness will also be conducted at public places such as  beaches.<br />'' </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The interesting venture " Vote Vandi" was set up as part of the Election Commission's  SVEEP (SYSTEMATIC VOTER EDUCATIONAL AND ELECTORAL PARTICIPATION) action plan to increase voter turnout in the elections.</span>
