<span style="color: #222222;">In Telangana, one more death was reported due to Covid-19 taking the death toll in the state to 12. State Medical and Health Minister E Rajender informed last evening that 18 new positive cases for Coronavirus reported yesterday. With this the total Covid-19 cases in the state have gone up to 471. It may be recalled that 45 Covid patients have recovered and discharged from Hospitals. The minister further said only one person is on ventilator while rest of the 414 active cases are recovering.  <br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the state Government has identified 101 hot spots where Coronavirus positive cases reported and all types of movements in these areas have been blocked. Teams of municipal, medical, police and revenue officials are visiting each house in these hot spots to conduct medical tests twice in a day and supply of essential commodities. On the other hand, the testing of samples of those who returned after participating in the Tablighi Jamaat event in Delhi and their contacts has been completed.<br />'' <br />'' The health minister informed that the number of cases related to the Delhi congregation was 388. He also said tests are also being conducted for all those who had returned from foreign countries and their contacts.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the state government will soon introduce tele-medicine for the benefit of people having any other health problems during the lockdown period.<br />'' <br />'' <br />'' In Kerala, 12 more people tested positive for Covid-19, taking the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 357.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, there are 258 active Covid-19 patients in Kerala presently. 97 people recovered so far  in the state. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan informed the happy news that, all the  8 foreigners who were under treatment for Covid 19 in Kerala had completely recovered from the infection. Presently around 1.36 lakh people are under observation which the lowest number since  last 5 days.Mr Vijayan said that even though to a greater extend Kerala was able to contain the infection since the first case being reported in Jan 30th. He said the ness and surveillance will be continued in full swing as  we need to be prepared for the worst as the situation of spread of disease cannot be ruled out yet.<br />'' <br />'' <br />'' In Madhya Pradesh, the number of patients infected with Corona has reached 425 while so far 34 people have died. The maximum number of 221 patients is in Indore, while today in Bhopal, the number of Corona-infected people has increased to 112 after reporting 14 more patients. Meanwhile, the State Government has decided to provide free ration to about 32 people who do not have ration cards.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, so far, 25 people have also recovered and discharged from hospital, out of which 17 patients in Indore, two in Bhopal, three in Jabalpur, two in Gwalior, one in Shivpuri have become healthy.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the department of School Education launched a Top Parent, a mobile app to help students continue to study in an interesting manner at home.<br />'' <br />'' Parents will get the information as regard to children's progress on the Top Parent app through continuous report cards. Students will also be able to learn the basic skills of mathematics and English through this app.<br />'' <br />'' Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has directed that Indore, Bhopal and Ujjain should be completely sealed.<br />'' <br />'' In other districts also, the infected areas should be total sealed. Shri Chousan instructed to the district administration to ensure the supply of essential commodities in these areas.<br />'' <br />'' <br />'' In Jharkhand, the total number of Corona positive cases is now 14. One new case has been detected from Chandrapura area of Bokaro district. The 33-year old man is reported to be the neighbour of the first positive case detected from the district. The man had been quarantined earlier and he has been shifted to the COVID-19 special ward at Bokaro General Hospital, confirmed Civil Surgeon.<br />'' <br />'' A 75-year old man of Gomia area in Bokaro died yesterday due to Corona Virus. Altogether, there are now seven cases from Ranchi, six from Bokaro and one from Hazaribagh. These areas have been sealed and are sanitized properly. Contact tracing of people is being done intensively to find out more number of suspected patients.</span><br />''  <br />
