In Kerala, a 20-member squad representing the state at the 64th Senior National Football Championship for Santosh Trophy being held in Kolkata has been announced. The team, lead by Jaseer Karanath has eight players playing in the Santosh Trophy for the first time.Kerala, which is in Cluster VII, will take on Uttarakhand in its opening match on the 22nd of this month. The team will leave for Kolkata from Kochi on the 18th of this month.
