As part of opening up of various institutions and establishments, Kerala is  set to open its religious institutions, malls and restaurants from tomorrow.<br />'' <br />'' Cleaning and disinfecting of premises of religious institutions, hotels, malls, etc is ongoing  today across the State, as it will be opened for the public  from tomorrow . State Govt issued detailed guidelines including prohibiting distribution of food, offertory blessings, prasadams etc, maintaining strict social distancing , no crowding, collecting information of devotees , online reservation in possible places etc.<br />''<br />''Meanwhile all State government offices  commenced  functioning in full strength  from today except in containment zones. The State Health Minister K.K.Shailaja said that only 10 to 12 % cases in Kerala is contact spread and preventing the community spread of Covid 19 will remain  the priority for the Government .She further added that the State is prepared to handle the rising number of cases, and urged for the full cooperation of the people by  adhering strictly to Government guidelines. <br />
