Twenty&nbsp; more&nbsp; deaths were&nbsp; confirmed due to Covid today, taking the death toll to&nbsp; 4814.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp; </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile as the Covid&nbsp; situation worsens in the State, new Covid restrictions&nbsp; come into force that limit.The Telemedicine facility, E- Sanjeevani facility further strengthened to avoid hospital visits as possible. Public functions to a maximum of&nbsp; 200 people limit and to a 2 hour duration. If the functions are held in a closed area, only 100 people are allowed.All the shops and restaurants in the State must close at 9pm. Mega shopping festivals are banned across the State.Only 50% of occupancy is allowed in hotels and parcel services need to be encouraged.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp; </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile Covid negative certificate is made compulsory for those participating in Thrissur Pooram.</span>
