Kerala reports 7515 new Covid19 cases

<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala continues to  report  high surge in Covid cases as  it confirms 7515 new Covid cases today.The State will enforce more stringent Covid restrictions.There are presently  52,132 active Covid cases in Kerala. 2959 recoveries were also reported today.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The test positivity rate rose is above 10. Twenty  more  deaths were  confirmed due to Covid today, taking the death toll to  4814.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile as the Covid  situation worsens in the State, new Covid restrictions  come into force that limit.The Telemedicine facility, E- Sanjeevani facility further strengthened to avoid hospital visits as possible. Public functions to a maximum of  200 people limit and to a 2 hour duration. If the functions are held in a closed area, only 100 people are allowed.All the shops and restaurants in the State must close at 9pm. Mega shopping festivals are banned across the State.Only 50% of occupancy is allowed in hotels and parcel services need to be encouraged.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">  </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile Covid negative certificate is made compulsory for those participating in Thrissur Pooram.</span>
