Kerala reports 37,190 new COIVD-19 infection cases

<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala continued to report surge in COVID cases as 37,190 new infection cases were confirmed today.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The test positivity rate is at 26.08 percent. 26,148 people recovered from the COVID infection today.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">57 deaths were confirmed due to Covid today taking the total death toll to 5,507. Over 3, 50, 000 active covid cases are there in the State.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that the COVID scenario is likely to worsen in the state in the coming days and people should strictly resort to stay indoors as much as possible and be extra cautious even in home.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Vijayan assured that more doses of COVID vaccine will be made available in the state soon and COVID treatment facilities are being enhanced in major hospitals and Treatment Centres across the state.</span><br />''  <br />
