<span style="color: #222222;">Kerala reported 240 new COVID cases today even as  209 patients recovered from the disease today. Among the new cases, 152 persons are returnees from abroad and  52 people  from other states. 17 persons contracted the disease through contact . The total active  COVID cases in Kerala rose to 2129.</span><br />
