<span style="color: #222222;">In Kerala, a delegation led by Opposition Leader V.D. Satheesan today called on Governor Arif Mohammed Khan urging him not to sign the Government Ordinance seeking amendments in the Lok Ayukta Act.<br />'' <br />'' The Opposition alleged, the amendment was intended to institutionalise corruption, nepotism, maladministration and diminish the stature of Lok Ayukta.<br />'' <br />'' Defending the Ordinance, Government said, the Advocate General had given the legal opinion that Section 14 of the Kerala Lok  Ayukta Act violated Article  163 and 164 of the Constitution.<br />'' <br />'' Ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) constituent CPI and BJP State leadership have also come heavily on the Ordinance.<br />''<br />''The Ordinance comes in the wake of Chief Minister Pinarayi Viyan and Higher Education Minister R.
