Radhakrishnan filed his nomination papers before the Returning Officer today. Mr Radhakrishnan garlanded the bust of Mahatma Gandhi before filing his nomination papers. He was accompanied by the BJP State President  K. Surendran, senior party leaders Kummanam Rajasekharan, P. K.
