The Interior Minister of Kerala Kodiyeri Balakrishnan has invited the Abu Dhabi Police to take part at the International Community Policing Conference which will be held in September in the state.<br/><br/>Kodiyeri Balakrishnan had extended the invitation during his visit to General Headquarters of Abu Dhabi police, where he was briefed on the work progress at the police departments, notably, functions and achievements of community policing. He also discussed work mechanisms of central operations, forensic laboratories and iris scanning.<br/><br/>Earlier, Balakrishnan called on the Indian community in the UAE to respect laws, culture and values of the host country, as well as continuing more efforts to sustain the ongoing prosperity in the country.
