<span style="color: #222222;">A high-level meeting held in Thiruvananthapuram today decided to conduct Thrissur Pooram, the famous temple festival in Kerala in a befitting manner, adhering to COVID-19 protocols. Pooram Festival, which is scheduled to be held on 10th of May, is set to return with all kinds of festivity after a gap of two years. <br />''<br />''The festival was held with limited rituals and minimum number of people in 2020 and 21. Devaswom Minister K. Radhakrishnan chaired the meeting. Various departments were directed to obtain necessary permissions required for the festival. The final decision on elephant parade and fireworks will be taken later this month.</span><br />
