The Kerala High Court has decided to frame charges against CPM leader M V Jayarajan in connection with a contempt of court case charged against him. The charges will be framed on the 8th of next month. The Court had suo motto initiated contempt of court proceedings against Jayarajan, following his controversial remarks against the judges, made in a speech. This was in the wake of a Court ruling, banning way side meetings across the state. AIR correspondent reports, a Division Bench comprising Justice A K Basheer and Justice P Q Barkathali examined video tapes relating to the controversial speech from a couple of news channels and decided to frame the charges.
